Here's an important update for teachers who have manual lesson confirmation:
We wanted to let you know that Auto-Confirmation of lessons has been Enabled by default for the majority of our teachers unless agreed with the platform otherwise.
This means that you will no longer have to confirm lessons manually after the 16th of April 2024.
Please confirm the lessons that were created before the 16th of April manually.
Please note that this change does not affect the teachers who had previous agreements about manual confirmation with the company.
💡 When it comes to effectively managing your schedule, please remember💡
📅 Plan your schedule in advance to avoid any cancellations
⌚Check your schedule at least 4 hours before each time slot that is open in your schedule, to see if there are new lessons.
🎯If you have to cancel a trial lesson, please contact our support team via the purple button and ask for their assistance rather than canceling the lesson on our website.
🚨🚨🚨 Teachers who cancel trial lessons will be closed for trials until they improve their attendance.
