Hi everyone,
We are updating our Service Agreement, and we’d like to share the key changes with you directly.
Good news first: cancellation penalties will now be more forgiving.
Softer Cancellation Scale ✨
We reviewed the cancellation policy and decided to ease the penalty for last-minute situations.
Late cancellations (0–4 hours before a lesson) are no longer treated the same as no-shows.
Time Before Lesson | Previous Penalty | New Penalty |
No-show | –100% | –100% |
0–4 hours | –100% | –75% |
4–12 hours | –50% | –50% |
12–24 hours | –25% | –25% |
If something urgent comes up close to your lesson, you’ll now keep 25% of your compensation instead of losing the full amount.
Release date: May 27, 2026.
New: Automatic Lesson Duration Check
To help maintain consistent lesson quality for our students, we’re introducing an automatic check based on classroom time tracking.
A 10% penalty may apply to lessons shorter than:
23 minutes for 25-minute lessons
53 minutes for 55-minute lessons
Please note:
The penalty applies only if 5% or more of your lessons within a billing period are considered short.
Lessons conducted via Zoom are excluded from this calculation.
Transition Period — 2 Billing Periods Without Penalties
We want to give everyone enough time to adjust comfortably.
During the first two billing periods, you will receive informational notifications showing:
the percentage of your short lessons
what the penalty would have been
However, no actual deductions will be made during this period.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Thank you for everything you do for our students 💙
Happy teaching,
All Right Team
