Let's learn together how to set up your working hours.
Before we start, please, check your time zone and change it if needed. To have lessons earlier than 9 am or later than 9 pm, click “Show night time.”
💜For long-term planning, click on Menu - Schedule.
Mark the time slots you will be available to teach for at least the next 2 months.
The slots you’ve chosen will become green and will be available every week.
Please, consider the peak time slots to help you increase the number of bookings! Generally, the peak time from September to May is 15.00-21.00 CET on weekdays, and 09.00-21.00 on weekends.
It is obligatory to set up your main schedule through the Schedule menu.
Remember, 15 hours is the minimum that you should teach weekly.
The system will not allow you to save the changes if you have less than 15 hours open a week. Those hours have to be opened within our Operating hours which are mainly from 09.00 till 21.00 CET time. If you want to check your operating hours, please contact our support.
💜For on-spot planning, adjust your schedule from the dashboard.
Click on the empty slot in your Dashboard.
Add either a 25 or 55-minute time slot, and it will be added to this week. The change will not affect the following week.
You can do the same to remove the slot.
Remember, the system will not allow you to remove the slot if you have less than 15 hours open a week.
Remember to have your available time slots updated for at least the next 2 months.
